How can I check the status of my order?
- When the order is processed and/or shipped, seller will send
tracking information through Ebay and Paypal.

How can I track my package?
- With the tracking information provided by the seller, you can
visit the courier website to find out detail of your package.
Information provided on the website is the same information that the
seller has.

My package was shipped through USPS and there is no information why?
- Unfortunately, USPS does not have the same tracking information
system like other private companies. USPS only provide information
of package when it was received and when it was delivered. During
the transit time, USPS is not able to provide status.

Several days have passed since my package was shipped and the estimated
time of delivery of the shipping company, what should I do?
- Contact the Courier Customer Service and provided your package tracking
number.

Contacted the shipping company and seems to be that my package was lost,
what is the next step?
- Contact the seller no more than 15 days after the package was
shipped to help you file a trace and/or claim
- Fedex: If you have paid for insurance and signature service,
seller will send a replacement once Fedex has accepted the
claim.
- USPS: If you have paid for insurance, a claim for insured
packages has to be submitted through the local USPS. Estimated
resolution time for investigate a claim is 2 months or more.
- DHL: If you have paid for insurance and signature service,
seller will send a replacement once DHL has accepted the claim

I noticed that an item that I'm interested have a choice of colors, how
do I select a color of my preference?
- At the checkout window, under the field called "Message

In this field type the color of your first choice and if it is
